Try one of Canada's national treasures!! Ice wine is harvested from grapes left on the vine till after the first freezing event. These grapes are hand harvested to ensure every bunch is absolutely perfect. Fresh fruit flavours of Apricot and Peche with aromas of white blossom and honeysuckle with a silky smooth texture will enhance any dessert course. Cellar the wine and try it later to really bring out the mineral character from the Niagara escarpment soil( a mix of glacial deposits, calcareous clay loam, silt and gravel overlying limestone and bedrock). This wine is delightfully rich on the palate but not cloying due to the refreshing natural acidity of the riesling grape
