Made from peak season hand harvested (by the Matchbook team) elderberries that are fermented into a wine and then later infused with a first of its kind Freak of Nature Oolong distillate from Rare Tea Company and Yarrow Distillate from hand foraged plants. The flavors range from natural sweet vermouth to bittersweet and aperitif with herbal edges. Excellent chilled on its own it will work well in assorted tonics, spritzes and even boozy dark spirit cocktails.
