Roussette is a local white grape also known as Altesse. This is a delicious wine that is made from a single mountain parcel at 400 meters in elevation. The aromas are giving, full of yellow plums, meyer lemon, mineral and a rich texture. Aged for 9 months on the lees in tank. Pair with roasted branzino.
