I am thrilled that we have brought in this Saké that delivers so much goodness at so little cost. Notes of melon, green apple, and a fresh acidity grace the palate. Polishing only 20% of grain gives the brew a touch of bitterness and retains much of the umami feel. It's from the Chiba prefecture that's been brewing Saké for 300 years. Try pairing with an oozy brie.
