Distilled in January 2023 and allowed to rest for 6 months prior to bottling, this mezcal comes from the beating heart of Karwinskii agaves high in the hills of Miahuatlán, Oaxaca. Always a beautiful mezcal that sometimes leans more heavily on the tropical summer fruit side or the intensely sweet herbal side. This batch negotiates a beautiful balance of the two Stand-out notes include heaps of peak summer green melons, oranges, persimmon and fresh herbs. Splendid, special.
