Every pain has been taken to ensure that the production of this batch adheres completely to the strictest traditions of artisan mezcal with no corners cut, no additives ever and the full complexity of flavors realized. Made in 2022 from a field blend of locally and naturally grown tepeztate, jabali, espadin, tobala, bicuishe. madrecuishe and mexicano agaves each grown for a minimum of 8 years and up to 20 years for the oldest plants. The mezcal is beautiful from start to finish with effusive notes of spring florals, densely ripe summer fruits that follow on the plush palate that is made even more compelling by notes of chile peppers that slowly simmer on the tongue. A superb batch.
