VdF Blanc, "Les Blanderies", Ferme de la Sansonnière - 2021

Item # 49179 750 mL

Mark Angéli is a former mason turned winemaker, who purchased this estate in Thouarcé in 1989. A single parcel wine coming from the vineyard's younger portion of Chenin Blanc, this is no less rich and expressive. A touch off-dry, this is a rare and unique expression of one of the world's greatest varieties. Pair with mapo tofu.
