A full-bodied red wine from the brothers at Domaine des Amiels. This comes from the estate's oldest Alicante vineyard which gives them their best grapes. The fruit was de-stemmed and fermented in tank with native yeasts and no addition of sulphur. Aged in foudre for a year before bottling. This wine is dedicated to Aymeric Amiel's daughter, Rose who was born in 2018.

This delicious wine from the Alicante grape is made by two young brothers in the heart of Languedoc. They grow organic and biodynamic grapes. The grapes are fermented spontaneously with very low intervention. The wine is unfiltered and unfined. The Alicante grape is not the most known grape but it has been planted in the region for a long time: it is also a bit different from other red grapes because the flesh inside is a red. It creates bold wines, fruit forward with blackberries and blueberries notes followed by spicy and smoky flavors and well structured tannins. To be paired with red sauce pasta or red meat dishes!
