A blend of 23 local grapes planted in 1905 some of which are new to us: Aspiran, Aubun, Terret Noir and Cardinal to name a few. A piece of history that nods to past generations. A full-bodied, intense red wine that is a blend of press and free-run juice. Tannic structure mixed with dark fruit, pepper and violets.
