Yola employs only woman in their bottling facility and are committed to the sustainable growing and harvest of Agave. And the it tastes great too. Made in the classic Mezcal village of San Juan Del Rio using traditional methods and a blend of Espadin AND Madre-Cuixe! Here the smoke is present but well integrated allowing the citrus, herbaceous even floral quality of the agave to shine. After all, Agave is in the lily family and not a cactus as many might think.
