Staff Pick Notes

It feels like I have been waiting longer than usual for warmer days, but now that they are here this gin is a great way to celebrate their arrival. If the beautiful bottle isn't enough to put you in a summer kind of mood, then the spirit inside will certainly do the trick. Amalfi lemons are added before vacuum distilling which preserves aromas and freshness. All this gin needs is an ice cube and a lemon peel, but if you are in the mood for something more festive take 2 oz Malfy Gin con Limone, .5 oz limoncello, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and muddle with a few fresh mint leaves. Shake with ice and strain into a coup. Top with either seltzer of prosecco and your choice of lemon peel or mint sprig and go step into the sunshine!
