An extremely rare bottle of rum that was created in collaboration between the great Velier firm of Genoa and E&A Scheer in Amersterdam - arguably two of the most important purveyors of rum in the world. This series not only showcased extremely rare super premium rums but also the differences between tropical and continental aging. Both have there merits, different - not better or worse when done with integrity as these releases show. Made from 2 casks distilled in 2008 and 10 casks from 2007 the rums were distilled from the second highest heavy ester rum made at this legendary distillery. 100% pot distilled, 100% aged in Jamaica and bottled at a natural batch strength. Some of the best rum out there. Extremely limited release.
