Double distilled from Okinawan raw cane sugar (kokuto) on stainless steel pot stills, botanicals including shikuwasa (Okinawan lime), getto (Okinawan ginger), and pipachi (Okinawan long pepper) are added for a 3rd distillation on copper hybrid still. Aromas of lemon-lime soda, calamansi, honeysuckle, umeboshi, sansho pepper, and juniper.
