A contemporary example of enigmatic East meets West. After popping the cap, I am transposed. Taken aback by the elegant perfume wafting through this Chinese pet-nat. This is a really special rosé Black Muscat. A delightful contribution from Shaanxi ínfused for 4 hours with famed jasmine tea leaves from Yunnan. Steamed sticky rice blanketed in lotus leaf would push the experience further. Pair this original wine with a screening of the world’s most wholesome magnum opus of tantalizing feminine allure, "I Am Love" by Luca Guadagnino, resounding the nature of this light, sophisticated pet-nat.
