Based mostly on Chardonnay, with Pinot Noir and Meunier, this dry sparkling rosé is made by one of England's oldest estates. A small amount of red Pinot Noir is added for color, and the wine ages for a minimum of 45 months on the lees. Red-fruited with toast aromas, this will pair well with chicken tikka masala.
