Grillo is an aromatic, Sicilian grape that just lends itself to a sparkling wine. This comes from the family's vineyard in the Samperi contrada in the area of Marsala. Half the wine was aged in French oak for the primary fermentation. Lush on the palate, aromatic, dry and delicious.
