Alto Canto Blanco Tequila

One of the most profound tequila projects we have ever come across. If you had to draw up a map of what a perfect ideal artisan tequila distillery would look like - it would have to be Alto Canto. Located 9,000 feet up nestled in the wood peaks of the Sierre del Tigre the unique eviornment here impacts every aspect of the spirits flavor and the team makes every drop 100% naturally to insure that character is retained perfectly. For the blanco, the fresh distillate is rested for 45 days in a big American Oak container to allow the temperature and flavors to harmonize making for an ever purer expression than nearly any other blanco. You'll find notes of cultured butter, sweet cream, fresh caramel, bright citrus and gentle pepper.
