The 18th Edition in this coveted series shows almost equal sides of the old bourbon industry as well as the future. For one the whiskey itself is quite old after 14yrs aging on the upper floors of Rickhouses O & Q at Heaven Hill. The Malt whiskey was then transferred into custom casks made of French Oak, previously holding Cognac, that were heavily re-toasted. The whiskey was finished for 4 months in these extraordinary casks. We can guarantee you've never had an American Whiskey quite like this.
