Single barrel straight bourbon whiskey produced by Willett Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky • Mash bill of 72% corn, 13% rye, and 15% malted barley • Produced with limestone-filtered, spring-fed water from a pond on the distillery estate • Sour mash fermented in stainless steel for approximately 3–5 days using a proprietary yeast strain. It is whiskies like this that make bourbon lovers eyes light up. Not only does this habe the hallmarks of great old, distinguished bourbon but it is also distinctly Willett making all the nuances of their production palpable in every taste. Extremely limited release with a total yield of only 133 bottles from this single barrel.
