The red grape of the Italian Riviera. Rossese makes great, accessible wines. This is pale ruby in color with gorgeous red cherry aromas and iron-mineral tannins. The grapes were hand harvested then vinified in tank. A wine that you could pair with baked cod with lemon and garlic.
