Based on original family recipes that Henri-Vallet recorded in the 19th century, this completely natural liqueur explodes with flavor from the expertly put together ingredients of pomegranate, cinnamon, gentian root, wormwood, cinchona bark, orange and kaffir lime. To top it off this spirit is naturally colored with local Oaxacan cochineal. Works wonders in a low maintenance spritz or countless cocktails.
