This single-varietal cider is made exclusively from the famous Gravenstein apple, an old heirloom variety that is most closely associated with Sebastopol, California. The Gravenstein is one of the earliest apple varieties to ripen, and has a beautiful balance of fruit and acidity. Light, crisp and floral with a delicious green apple tartness.
