Crafted in the deep mountain forests of Miyazaki, where nature reigns supreme, this pristine enviornment is home to some of Japan's most fertile farming and it is also where the multi generation Osuzuyama family distillery is located. As farmers and distillers, we have rarely, if ever, encountered anyone that goes to the lengths that they do to create spirits of terroir, integrity and superlative quality.
Made with all local botanical , many farmed by the family or local farms, of juniper, sansho pepper, local citrus, sweet potato, ginger, sakaki, umami and more the gin is super clean in profile due to the immaculate soft waters of the region but complex enough to add depth to any drink. One of our favorite gins in the entire portfolio without a doubt.
