Albariño

The primary grape of the Rías Baixas (Lower Inlets) section of the Galicia region of northwestern Spain, Albariño is considered by many to be Spain's premier white wine. It also plays an important role in northern Portugal (where it is known as Alvarinho) as a component of Vinho Verde.
