This rum is history in the making. About a decade ago this historic distiller with roots dating back to at least the very beginning of the 18th Century, has come full circle by releasing this rum - a creation made from sugar cane grown on their own cane fields in the North West of Barbados, processed on the island into grade A molasses, 100% pot distilled and aged in ex-bourbon prior to bottling at cask strength. This is the definition of super premium artisan rum. Only 4,002 bottles for the world.
