A recent in-store tasting featuring Luxardo Bitter Bianco was a welcome intro to this item for me. I'm a fan of amaros and bitter liquors and often enjoy them as a lighter alternative to higher proof cocktails. Bitters and soda is my go-to when I'm not in the mood for a glass of wine. Revived from a family recipe that dates back to the 1930s, Luxardo Bitter Bianco is made from a distilled infusion of herbs and aromatic plants such as rhubarb, thyme and bitter orange - similar to Campari, but a bit lighter on the palate. It's a versatile addition to your bar that can be enjoyed as a spritz, on the rocks with a twist, or added to cocktails like a Negroni. Refreshing and light - sweet, savory, and spicy - it hits on all of the taste buds and then some!
