A semi-dry, cloudy and rich junmai nigori, this is brewed using cherry and strawberry yeasts, one of Amabuki's specialties. Local rice from Saga prefecture and purple Forbidden rice are used, giving the sake a natural pink hue. Pair with izakaya-style karaage, and potato salad.
