This dry white from the Upper Douro is a blend of two parcels vinified separately. The first is 80 year-old Donzelinho, Gouveio, and Malvasia whole cluster fermented in both used oak and cement tanks, Then 15 year-old Arino is pressed and left on the skins for 5 days in lagar, before fermenting in amphora. Pair this medium-bodied white with sapateira recheada.
