Locally sourced Oaxacan mangoes from Cuicatlán are the essence of this superb spirit. Edénico's entire intent is to harvest the highest quality seasonal fruit and preserve and elevate its flavors in an eau de vie. The spirit shows a remarkable depth to this fruit not typically accessible simply by eating it. All of the notes are concentrated and range from grassy and herbal to ripe and tropical with hints of mouthwatering spice and acidity on the finish. Remarkable.
