A dry and herbaceous white from winemaker Bill Easton of Terre Rouge fame. Sourced from two separate parcels, this is fermented in stainless steel, and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Made in a restrained style, without overtly tropical fruit or dairy notes, this is crisp with citrus, herb, and minerality. Pair with shrimp saganaki.

Sauvignon Blanc
