Made during a difficult vintage in California, the fruit from this is culled from Anderson Valley, Napa, and El Dorado. A dry white blend of Chardonnay, Vermentino, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Meunier, the grapes were fermented in wood tank and neutral French oak barrels. Aromas of citrus, stone fruit, white flowers and beeswax pair with medium body. Enjoy with scallop and yuzu ceviche.
