From a solera started in 1925, this wine is bottled once every 5-10 years. Entirely Grenache, this sweet fortified red wine is topped up with older vintages every few months. Semi-oxidative in style, this rich and deeply-colored red has notes of black fruit, nuts, and toffee. Pair with aged Beaufort cheese.
