An almost fabled mezcal made from one of the most revered but most difficult agaves to produce a full batch of mezcal from. The 7th edition of Jabali in this range was produced from agaves that matured for a minimum of 16yrs prior to harvest. The spirit was created by the Master of Zoquitlán, Ignacio Parada and family. Very limited.
