Older vines Pinot Gris grown on silt and pebbly soils on the monopole vineyard called Clos des Capucins. Aromatically complex on the palate which finishes fruity, concentrated and dry. The fruit was hand-picked and then pressed and fermented with native yeasts in old oak vats. Aged further in oak for 8 months before bottling.
