Made in hommage to Jacques Puffeney's Les Bérangers Trousseau, this is single vineyard Trousseau at its finest. These 50 year old vines are planted on some of the best known terroir for this variety. This dry red is unoaked, and is a true expression of red fruit and minerality. Pair with big tray chicken with lots of potatoes.
