Dom. du Pélican, "Grand Curoulet", Savagnin Ouillé - 2022

Item # 48600 750 mL

Grand Curoulet is one of the best terroirs in the Arbois, and perhaps its first planted vineyards were here. This topped-up Savagnin sees fermentation in foudres and barrels, with one third of the sitting on the skins for just one night. Aging takes place in 500L used oak barrels. Pair this complex and elegant dry white with croûte aux champignons.
