From one of France's top vineyards, and considered by many to be the ultimate expression of a sous-voile wine, Bénédicte and Stéphane Tissot offer an extraordinary bottling. While still very young, this is a powerful expression of Savagnin aged under flor. Rich, concentrated, with savory saline aromas, and a deeply nutty character, it is lifted by citrus aromas. Pair this endlessly complex dry white with chicken and morels in cream sauce.
