Staff Pick Notes

Txakoli wines are not only light and spritzy as most of the buzz would suggest. There are actually three distinct subregions within Txakoli that make differing styles of this uniquely Basque delight. This bottle is from the Bizkaiko Txakolina DO, which is made up of small plots between the city of Bilbao and the bay of Biscay.
