Hand harvested Cabernet Sauvignon undergoes carbonic fermentation, then spends 6 months in stainless steel. It is bottled with light filtration and a small addition of SO2. This dry, medium-bodied red wine is lighter in tannins and retains a fresh, fruit-forward quality. Pairs well at table with poultry, cheese, and a wide array of vegetable dishes.
