This winery espouses responsibility for guardianship of the land, a philosophy reflected in their natural wines, which are Biodynamic and vinified with minimal intervention. The Rossojbleo is a perfect introduction to Gulfi's wines, a light and fresh expression of the Nero d'Avola grape, bright in acidity from limestone-rich soil, and displaying soft-but-present tannins. Plum, mixed berry, and savory dried herbs are just some of the enticing aromas on display here. It may seem obvious to say this is a perfect red sauce wine, but it is. It really is!
