Staff Pick Notes

This wine, in my opinion, is the perfect everyday wine. First, it is affordable. Second, it's full of flavors but not too complex. You can drink it with food or simply sip it. It's a blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Merlot. It's medium-bodied with a lot of red fruit notes, followed by spice and minerality. All of these flavors are well blended together by the velvety notes provided by the Merlot grape. It's a rustic wine with a good amount of character. The producers use organic practices and don't use pesticides. Their production is small and family run. The boldness of this wine, together with its range of flavor and affordability make it an easy choice for my home!

It has one of the most impressive and distinctive textures of any wine, and has long been prized for the "softening" effect it can have on Cabernet Sauvignon - especially...
