When we tasted this bottle with Emiko Kaji, Manager of International Business Development at Nikka Whisky, she described it as a 'breakfast whisky!' In other terms, the Nikka Days is a lighter, brighter, and more playful expression of skillfully blended mellow grain whiskies and slightly peated malts. This is the perfect bottle to pick up for all of your summer cocktail needs. The aromas are flowery and fruity, and the palate follows as such with notes of citrus and a hint of spicy vanilla. It is easy drinking with a pleasant aftertaste, perfect for the warm weather on the rocks, as a whisky sour, and beyond!
