Created from Castilla agaves, known as the wild Espadin, the plants for this spirit were sourced from deep in the heart of Oaxaca. Made in the ancestral method including natural wild fermentations and double distillation in direct fire clay pot stills, this mezcal is incredibly expressive and almost hedonistic in its pleasures.
