The winery calls this their Naked Crémant. Bottled with zero dosage yet still full of fresh and floral aromas and flavors. This elegant sparkling wine is made from Chardonnay and Auxerrois and has a fine bead and delicate bubbles on the palate. The black satin bottle makes this easy to customize with chalk or marker for a special gift.

High acid & oh so frothy! Electricity laces the juice that lives in between the walls of this bottle. I know it may be hard to justify spending $33 on a Champagne alternative. I sympathize. I understand. But this isn't just any ole run-of-the-mill bubbly. This is a masterpiece on par with the Mona Lisa and the Pyramids. Lol. Jk Jk. But this is wine is without a doubt B-E-A-U-TIFUL. Made in Luxembourg with the Auxerrois grape who is the full sibling of Chardonnay (the grape personification is loud here. Grapes are friends and should be treated as such)... Anyhoo, take my word. Try it, you'll like it. I promise ;)

Auxerrois

Auxerrois is the name of a low-acid white grape widely planted in Alsace, as well as in Germany and Luxembourg. It is also the name used for the black Malbec grape in Cahors, where it is the principal wine grape. The list goes on: Pinot Gris is known as "Auxerrois Gris" in Alsace, and at one time Chardonnay was called "Auxerrois Blanc" in the Moselle region (though this last term fell into disuse after Chardonnay's huge boom in popularity).
