Operating out of Portchester, the partners are Neversink are focused on celebrating the bounty of the Hudson Valley. As the Hudson Valley is raditionally the epicenter of apple production in the country, it makes sense that the first release from this distillery would be a pure, un-aged brandy distilled from a wide variety of apples crossing the spectrum of bitter, sweet, acidic, sour, and more. Honing in on some of the top varieties the blend is especially unique for the high percentage of edible apples utilized including Golden Delicious, MacIntosh, and Stayman's Winesap. Notes include woodshop, vanilla, whole spices, autumn leaves, fresh-pressed juice, and coconut water.
