As the name translate to"top of the small hill," the grapes come from the ultimate location for this cuvée." Crichet Paje is usually introduced to the market 10 years after the harvest, spending extended aging in a large oak. The result is open and intriguing expression of Nebbiolo. Firm tannins with feminine pink and purple flowers as well as cedar or woody flavors. Leather, granite, and black pepper also join the party.
