Staff Pick Notes

Stunning, focused Riesling from a small producer in the Finger Lakes of New York. Heart & Hands is managed by Tom and Susan Higgins. They are tuned into the finite details of vines - down to individual rows- on their tiny estate facing west on Cayuga Lake. Additionally they work with several local growers within the region to supplement. This dry Riesling is pure, bright and bold. Notes of kiwi, lemons rind, white peach and wet stone radiate on the palate. A true gem.
