Destilería El Ranchito headed by Sergio & José Manuél Vivanco. At an elevation of over 6500 feet, their 2,000 acres of estate-grown agave have become recognized as some of the very best in Jalisco's Highland region. The organically produced agave delivers a clear, clean, roasted pineapple flavor. With 6 months in ex-Brandy barrels the oak notes are subtle vanilla and clove throughout the long, spiced finish.
