Staff Pick Notes

The Bedell family planted their first vine in the North Fork of Long Island in 1980. With dedication and hard work they became one of the most important producers of this area. During the eighties they pioneered sustainable vine growing practices, considered sort of revolutionary for that period. In 2000, the land was sold to another family but the vineyard name remained the same. This wine is very aromatic with notes of tropical fruit. You can taste stone fruit and floral qualities. Because of its acidity, I find this wine very balanced. A long finish with a hint of sweetness completes a very pleasant drinking experience.
