This vintage was named after Antonio Mastroberardino. HIs legacy has left an undeniable mark on Italian winemaking and changed the world's perception of wines from the south of Italy. An aromatic, full-bodied red wine with tobacco, red fruits and tannins on the palate. From Aglianico grapes from the Montemarano vineyard which has soils of clay, chalk and loam planted at 1800 ft elevation. Aged in barrique and barrels - 25% new. released over 6 years after the harvest.
